Ron Kezeske – Entrepreneur, Civic Leader, and Champion of Conservative Values
Ron Kezeskeis a successful entrepreneur, dedicated public servant, and long-time advocate for strengthening Florida communities through hard work, principled leadership, and civic engagement.
Born and raised in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, Ron was instilled early on with the values of grit, discipline, and personal responsibility. He began his first job at just 13, washing dishes in a local restaurant. His drive quickly propelled him into leadership roles, including managing a local electronics store and serving as Work Director at Associated Banc Corp. before the age of 22.
While earning his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point, Ron started his first business at 20—an early signal of the entrepreneurial spirit that would shape his future. After graduation, he moved to Naples, Florida, to attend Ave Maria School of Law and pursue his passion for law, leadership, and business.
In 2011, Ron married his middle school sweetheart, Aschley. That same year, he co-founded National RE/Group, Inc., a real estate investment firm managing millions of dollars in assets. Together, Ron and Aschley built Ruffgers Dog University, now a thriving multi-location pet resort employing over 60 people across Florida. In addition to supporting small business growth, Ron has volunteered as a mentor in the Collier County Public Schools (CCPS) Entrepreneurship Incubator Program, helping develop the next generation of Florida business leaders.
But Ron’s dedication extends far beyond the private sector. Over the past decade, he has been committed to being an active civic leader in Collier County, serving in dozens of leadership roles that reflect his commitment to public service and conservative values.
